Its very important to have a growth mindset in order to pursue a positive career .Amal totkay are the tips to help us out gaining the mindset as well as how to maintain it. Most of the students are having a fixed mindset which stop the growth and success become bounded to chains. If someone is interested in entrepreneurship they definately have growth mindset. Amal academy will help us out finding our weakness and how we can work on our mindsets.

The five tips which plays a great part in the recipe of amal totkay are (1) taking to your own self positively here i can also say that no one knows a person better the he himself so talking to yourself giving contrary feedbacks to your negative thoughts actually boast up our confidence level and encourage us to take positive actions. (2)One of the most difficult task is to get out of your comfort zone and start exploring the things which you didn’t, Being a reserved person is a good thing but we have to change our self according to the situation. (3) We love what we do daily but when it comes to take risk and try something new we become afraid . We should try to some new activity and engage ourselves in new habits. (4) Peer reviews are important some times we don’t know about our qualities and its okay to ask someone and bear their negative feedbacks. (5)this last totka is all about imitating confidence, competence, and an optimistic mindset, a person can realize those qualities in their real life and achieve the results they seek.

THE AMAL TOTKA’S

Amal totka are very beneficial for us if we work on it daily as drop by drop it make river. Having a positive mindset or having a growth mindset are not two different things you have to be optimistic while working into your growth mindset.

My favourite tip is ‘’Get out of your comfort zone’’. I guess this is the most important tip i need. You cant achieve anything without working on it. Similar example is that if we want to eat mc donald’s and the only way to get food is to go their and take it so you have one option you have to get out of your home to full fill the desire. Getting out of your comfort zone is just like exploring your own selves. For one time you will feel awkward or whatever but taking a first step towards it will change your life as well.

The tip I started implemented in my life is also the favourite tip of mine which is getting out of comfort zone. Daily basis I interact with different people of my group I share my ideas they share their ideas . Some places you do have to un reserved and it actually worth it.

For the development of a growth mindset, I can intermix some of the totkas together like positive talk to my own self like what are my short comings and how I can improve these. Second mix will be making new habits daily in order to overcome my short comings. In the end I will be with a productive outcome.
